To Build a CONNECTION with another member: 1. CLICK on MEMBERS LIST in the right hand menu. 2. Click on the "MEMBER'S NAME" 3. A menu will appear with the following titles: VIEW, MESSAGES, CONNECTIONS 4. Put your mouse over CONNECTIONS 5. Click on REQUEST CONNECTION 6. Type a short message to the person whom you wish to add. 7. Wait for them to respond. To ACCEPT a connection with another member, 1. CLICK on MY CONNECTIONS in the right hand menu. 2. A Menu with MANAGE ACTIONS and MANAGE CONNECTIONS appears. 3. CLICK on MANAGE ACTIONS 4. CLICK on the CHECKMARK to accept or the X to decline and then click on UPDATE 5. You can thenselect how you know the person and write them a comment back, then CLICK on UPDATE.
